By accessing and using SayHi ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SayHi provides a platform for creating, managing, and sharing digital contact cards. The Service includes features such as:

• Creating and customizing digital contact cards
• Generating QR codes for easy sharing
• Custom URL creation for your cards
• Apple Wallet integration
• Analytics and tracking features

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant SayHi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use all content you submit.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Spam or harass other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or store personal data about other users

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SayHi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service.

8. User Data Responsibility

SayHi is not responsible for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the content you upload or share through our Service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SayHi from any claims related to your content.

9. Account Deletion and Data Rights

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To delete your account:

1. Go to Settings in your dashboard
2. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section
3. Click "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your decision

Upon deletion, the following will be permanently removed:

• Your account and all personal information
• All digital business cards you created
• All uploaded images (profile photos, cover images)
• All leads and contacts you stored
• All analytics and usage data
• All social links and configurations

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SayHi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
